How Fursio handles account, workspace, source and optional analytics data.
This is the launch-draft privacy notice for the local Fursio build. The final legal operator/controller identity, registered address and any production processors must be completed before public launch. Contact: support@fursio.com.
Depending on the features you use, Fursio may handle account details such as name and email, hashed authentication credentials on the local server, saved deals and trader-workspace records, alert settings, shipping/import/verification scenarios, privacy choices, support information you provide, and technical/security diagnostics. Marketplace listing data originates from the relevant source platform rather than from you.
Account and workspace data is used to provide requested Fursio functions and prepare or perform the service relationship. Security and reliability processing may rely on legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Optional analytics is disabled by default and only activates after consent. Legal obligations may apply where required by law.
Fursio keeps the original listing/source context where possible. Source data remains subject to the source platform’s availability, accuracy, access rights and terms. Fursio does not treat source listing data as a verified vehicle history, title record, tax ruling or ownership proof.
In the current public beta, payment, background email, carrier-quote and external VIN/history providers are not connected. Before production launch, this notice must list the actual hosting, payment, email, analytics and other processors that receive personal data, plus any relevant safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Local browser workspace data remains on the device until cleared or replaced by the user. Local account-server data remains in the hosted account workspace until removed. Production retention periods must be confirmed, documented and technically enforced before launch; Fursio should not retain personal data longer than necessary for the stated purpose or applicable legal requirements.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, plus the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. Mon Fursio includes a local-data export and a deletion-request draft tool.
Fursio can calculate opportunity, risk, import, VAT and readiness signals to assist research. These are decision-support outputs, not automatic decisions with legal or similarly significant effect. Users remain responsible for transaction and compliance decisions.
The public beta uses password hashing, scoped workspaces, security headers, rate limits, backup/recovery safeguards and client-side hardening. No system is risk-free; production deployment still requires secure hosting, secret management, monitoring, access controls and incident-response procedures.
